Carved from a large boulder, hard and unyielding. Yet Freedom emerged with strength, carrying the heart’s longing for wildness and sovereignty.

Delicate and luminous, Pearl began as a bud and slowly unfolded in form. Carved from translucent stone, her petite curves catch the light like petals half-open -holding both fragility and quiet strength.

Carved from a raw and weathered boulder of Portland stone, the softness and tenderness of the face contrasted beautifully. Finding the beauty skin deep.

A relic of the past - weathered and battered, yet already holding such beauty before I even began. It only needed the simplest design, almost like an emblem revealed.

One of my earlier works, a tender unfurling. She reminded me of a nymph - a spirit of nature.

I feel deeply for nature and this precious planet. This piece arrived organically -the tear, the face -grief and grace carved into form.
